In case of a change of plans, you can consider returning to standard (non-custom) flooring. The flooring should be unutilized, not installed, and be in its original packaging. The requests are to be made within 14 days of delivery.

Which Flooring Material Can Not Be Returned?

Flooring that has been prepared according to your measurements, design, or project requirements cannot be refunded unless there has been a proven problem on our part.
Clearance Stock:
When buying our flooring material under promotions or clearance sales, then they cannot be returned unless they are discovered to be damaged at the time of delivery.
Installed or Used Flooring:
Once the floor is laid or used, it cannot be reclaimed. We would always advise inspection of materials before starting the installation.
